Shipping policy

We offer Domestic Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS Delivers Monday - Saturday in the United States.

Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

*Please note: Processing time is not the same as shipping time.*

 

Once your order is shipped, Tracking details can take up to 24 hours to update on carrier's website. 

PROPER is not responsible for packages that are lost due to carrier's error or cannot be delivered  due to wrong addresses entered. We do not manually enter addresses, this is done systematically based on what you, the customer have entered. If you find that you made an error when entering your address, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
